Wat kan ReAttach betekenen voor mensen met autisme?

ReAttach kan worden ingezet om mensen met autisme te activeren in hun persoonlijke ontwikkeling. Naast de bijzondere, detailgerichte manier van informatie verwerken, activeert ReAttach betekenisverlening in samenhang. Hierdoor wordt het leven gemakkelijker omdat organiseren en plannen vanuit overzicht en het leren van ervaringen beter gaan.

Door het automatiseren van de verwerking van meerdere zintuiglijke prikkels tot een betekenisvol geheel (Multi Sensory Processing) is er minder overprikkeling.
De sociaal cognitieve training van de ReAttach helpt bovendien om aan te leren voelen wat een ander bedoelt, om sociale clues op te pikken, om complexe sociale situaties te overzien en ingewikkelde relationele patronen te kunnen doorzien. 

We werken vanuit een Academy model.
Het gaat om het verbeteren van leervoorwaarden en het stimuleren van persoonlijke groei. Daarom vinden wij een leer-model het meest passend.

It is an integrated therapy. The days of the single therapy psychoanalysis, behavior therapy etc, are past; the future is integrative in therapy and this is what makes ReAttach therapy so important.
